The machine can be started up only after the waterways and circuits are checked. Startup sequence:
① Turn on the incoming power supply and turn on the key switch. At this time, the machine ventilation and refrigeration system are powered on, and the ammeter displays about 7a;
② Wait for 5 ~ 10 seconds, press the trigger button on the external control panel, and the ammeter displays zero. After 3 ~ 5 seconds, the krypton lamp is lit, and the ammeter displays 7a. (refer to the operation manual of laser power supply);
③ Turn on the power supply of the galvanometer;
④ Open the computer and call out the required marking documents;
⑤ Adjust the laser power supply to the working current (10 ~ 18a) to start marking;
After marking, turn off the power of each component in the reverse order:
① Adjust the working current of the laser power supply to the minimum (about 7a);
② Turn off the computer;
③ Turn off the power supply of the galvanometer;
④ Press the stop button;
⑤ Turn off the key switch;
⑥ Disconnect the incoming power supply.
