It can mark logo, parameters, two-dimensional code, serial number, pattern, text and other information on metal and most non-metallic materials. In addition, it can also mark portrait pictures on some specific materials, such as metal hanging tags, wooden photo frames, etc. The following are the steps for some radium carving pictures commonly used in the laser equipment industry:
1. First import the photos to be marked into the laser marking machine software
2. Fix the DPI value of the LAN speed laser marking machine, that is, the pixel point. Generally speaking, the higher the value set inside, the better the printing effect will be. The relative time will be slow. The commonly used setting value is about 300-600. Of course, you can set a higher value. Here you can adjust the relevant parameters.
3. Then we need to set the relevant photo parameters. In most cases, we need to set the inversion and dot mode for the photos (inversion is not selected, and it is necessary to set the inversion under normal circumstances). After setting, enter the extension, check the lighting processing, and adjust the contrast to control the ideal effect of the laser marking machine. The white area is not marked, and the black area is marked.
4. Now let's look at the scanning mode. Some laser marking machine manufacturers commonly use the dotting mode setting of 0.5. Bidirectional scanning is generally not recommended. It is too slow to scan left and right, and the power of the adjustment point is not used. On the right side, the speed is set at about 2000 and the power is set at about 40 (the power set at 40 here is for reference. If the mobile phone case prints photos, the power can be set higher). The frequency is about 30. There is a problem with the frequency setting. The higher the frequency, the denser the points coming out of the laser marking machine. Each photo needs to be adjusted for contrast.
