Acceptance criteria for laser cutting equipment

What high standard inspection should be carried out before the equipment leaves the factory for a laser cutting equipment with stable operation and low failure rate?
1、 Technical documents and data:
1. Equipment installation drawing, electrical schematic diagram, electrical wiring diagram, mechanical structure diagram, operation manual, certificate of conformity, packing list, list of wearing parts, system software backup consistent with the purchased equipment (electronic version is available if electronic version is available, and 2 paper documents if not available).
2. List of main components of the transmission system (paired high-precision bearings, high-precision linear ball guides, high-precision reducers and gears, high-precision racks), models, prices and relevant parameters;
3. The brand, model and price of the list of main components of the pneumatic system (pressure reducing valve, throttle valve, one-way valve, pressure switch, cylinder, solenoid valve, electronically controlled proportional valve);
2、 Physical acceptance
1. Compare the packing list and confirm the quantity of equipment accessories and attached accessories;
2. Installation dimension and position requirements: the equipment installation drawing agreed by us shall prevail;
3. Inspection of basic accuracy of gantry laser cutting machine
1) Straightness tool or method of X-axis longitudinal guide rail: straightness measuring instrument or straightedge optical gap method
2) Flatness tool or method of X-axis longitudinal guide rail: level
4. Inspection accuracy of bed
1) Straightness tool or method of X-axis longitudinal guide rail: straightness measuring instrument or straightedge optical gap method
2) Flatness tool or method of X-axis longitudinal guide rail: level
3、 Functional acceptance:
1. The maximum travel of X axis is ≥ 7m, the maximum travel of Y axis is ≥ 2m, and the travel of Z axis is 100mm ≤ L ≥ 190mm; Measuring tools: tape, caliper
2. When the thickness of the cutting plate is 8mm, the cutting speed is ≥ 1800mm;
Tools: stopwatch
3. When the thickness of perforated Q345 plate is 8mm, ≤ 3s;
Tools: stopwatch
4. Maximum cutting thickness ≤ 20mm;
Method: Experiment with 20mm thick plate
5. Marking width ≥, depth ≥, speed ≥ 10000mm/min (marking 25cm long in one word); Tools: vernier caliper, stopwatch
6. Effectiveness detection of over travel protection device;
Method: Whether the equipment will stop when it reaches the maximum stroke
7. Safety monitoring
Method: Touch the safety photoelectric switch and stop the equipment;
8. The process engineer shall design a workpiece to measure the machining accuracy after machining;
Tool: vernier caliper
4、 Fill in the acceptance report, asset requisition form, enter it into the ERP system, and archive all documents and data;
5、 The acceptance is completed.
