In summer, the temperature is getting higher and higher. In the face of hot summer, how should the optical fiber laser cutting machine in the factory be operated and maintained safely? With the arrival of summer, the temperature in various regions is generally warming up. In such hot weather, how should the optical fiber laser cutter be maintained? This is the first task that our customers should consider and solve.
Laser storage environment:
The laser is the core part of laser cutting machine maintenance. The laser low-temperature water is set to 22 degrees, and the laser ambient temperature (air conditioning room temperature) is below 26 degrees. This can be improved by reducing the laser ambient temperature (air conditioning room temperature) value and the laser ambient relative humidity (air conditioning room relative humidity). Or set the cooling and dehumidification functions of the air conditioner to keep the ambient temperature of the laser not more than 26 degrees and the ambient relative humidity less than 60%.
Requirements for cooling water:
The laser cutting machine maintenance also requires cooling water. It is recommended that the customer replace the laser cooling water every three months. Watsons distilled water should be used as the cooling water. When adding tap water, the conductivity value should be monitored to avoid exceeding the requirements.
Ensure the enclosure is airtight:
The airtightness of the case also affects the maintenance of the laser cutting machine. Confirm whether all cabinet doors are closed tightly; Whether the lifting bolts on the top are tightened; Whether the protective cover of the unused communication control interface at the rear of the chassis is properly covered and whether the used one is fixed; Whether the inlet of the power line is sealed. If the cabinet door of the cabinet needs to be opened for some reasons during use, the chiller needs to be turned off before the cabinet door can be turned on. After the cabinet door can be closed, please turn on the power switch of the laser and run it for more than 60 minutes according to the starting sequence of the laser, and then turn on the chiller. After the actual temperature of the high and low temperature water of the chiller reaches the set temperature ± 1 ℃, the laser will be powered on with high pressure.
