Brass laser cutting
Pure copper / red copper, as a highly reflective material, can hardly be cut by CO2 laser beam. Although the cutting effect of optical fiber communication laser cutting copper is good, because copper is a highly reflective material, the long-term effect of laser in these materials may affect its service life, resulting in poor subsequent processing effect and increasing the use of consumables.
Laser cutting of copper foil
The difficulty of cutting copper foil is that there is no carbonization and burr on the cutting edge, which will not deform the copper foil and realize the roll to roll processing mode. Traditional laser cutting machine, such as fiber laser cutting machine, has large thermal impact, lower accuracy than ultraviolet laser cutting machine, serious edge carbonization, and edge thermal impact will make copper foil warp and deform. The processing mode of the UV laser cutting machine is vibrating mirror scanning, the bottom is vacuum adsorption, and the cold light source reduces the thermal impact, which can perfectly cut copper foil.
