The laser tube of the laser cutting machine does not emit light. There are usually three kinds of situations: one is that the light suddenly does not emit light, the other is that the light of the laser tube is getting weaker and weaker, and the last one is that everything is normal when you start the machine the next day. The specific reasons for the failure of the laser tube to emit light caused by the above three conditions are as follows:
First of all, check the water circulation flow of the laser machine to see whether the water is flowing out of the pipe at the water outlet. (a) if the water is flowing out of the water outlet pipe normally, ask the customer how long it has taken since the start of the machine (please answer truthfully, otherwise it will affect the correct judgment). If the customer says that it has taken one morning or more than two hours, At this time, please check whether there is water in the outermost layer of the carbon dioxide laser tube. If there is water, it is because the water temperature is too high and the laser tube is damaged (for the customer's reason)
If there is no water on the outer layer of the laser tube, then let's check the laser power supply. There is a red button on the laser power supply. Press it to see if there is light. If there is light, it indicates that the water protection device may be faulty. At this time, we ask the customer to check whether the water outlet of the water protection is blocked, and then clean the water protection, It's better to rinse it with water (the water protection of our Chuangming laser is on the water outlet pipe inside the machine, which is a black plastic cylinder with two black signal wires on it). At this time, we should pay attention to the water inlet and outlet of the water protection, and never reverse it, otherwise the laser tube will be damaged. The second method is to short-circuit the PG on the laser power supply (connect it with a wire), but at this time, pay attention to check the water circulation. The water protection does not work, so as to avoid damage to the laser tube. If there is still no light, it means that the laser power supply is broken. Find the manufacturer to replace it. Second: the reason why the light of the laser tube is getting weaker and weaker
a. Check the water circulation of the laser machine. If the water does not circulate, please shut down the machine and check whether the plug of the water pump or the water cooler is properly plugged after the power is cut off.
b. Check whether the ammeter of the laser cutting machine is normal. If it is normal, it may be the problem of the laser tube. Find the manufacturer to replace or repair it. If the ammeter is abnormal, it is the problem of the laser power supply. Find the manufacturer to replace or repair it.
Finally: everything is normal when you start to use it, and it will run out of light when you restart it the next day
a. Check the water circulation of the laser cutting machine and whether the water is discharged normally.
b. Check the ammeter of the laser cutting machine. Press "light out" to see if the pointer of the ammeter can be hit. If it is below 5 mA, it means that the power supply is broken. Find the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
c. If the ammeter does not move, check whether our laser switch is turned on. If it is turned on, check whether the laser power indicator is on. If it is on, press the absolute button on the laser power supply to check the current finger. If the pointer moves and is less than 5 mA, the laser power is broken, or the maximum light intensity and the minimum light in the software are emphasized to 50%, and then press to check whether the pointer of the ammeter reaches 10-12 ma, If not, it is the problem of the laser power supply or the main board.
