In summer, the air humidity is high due to the temperature rise. As the saying goes, sharpening a knife does not make a mistake. The scientific maintenance of the laser cutting machine can not only avoid some minor faults, improve the cutting efficiency, but also improve the service life of some accessories.
1、 Avoid condensation
1. The cooling water temperature should not be too different from the air temperature. Both the laser and the optical lens of the laser cutting machine are water-cooled. Since the water in the air will condense into water when it is cooled, when the cooling water temperature is lower than 5-7 ° C of the room temperature, there will be water condensation on the surface of the laser and the optical lens, which greatly affects the light output efficiency of the laser and the transmission of the optical lens, and has a great impact on the laser energy and the service life of the optical accessories. Many parts of the laser and the cutting head are cooled separately. It is recommended that the user set the water temperature of the low-temperature one-way water of the laser to be about 26 degrees, and the water temperature of the cutting head and the optical fiber one-way water to be about 30 degrees (depending on the temperature and humidity value). Strictly follow the sequence of switching on and off in summer.
Warning: the laser has been turned off, but the water cooler is still running!
Wet and hot weather will cause the laser power supply and various parts of the laser equipment to be wet or dewy, which will lead to a variety of failures, and thus seriously affect the normal production of users. The faults caused by the above reasons do not belong to the normal warranty scope.

1. When the laser equipment is shut down, the water cooler should also be shut down to prevent condensation in case of shutdown due to excessive temperature difference;
2. Customers in the integrated operation room are strongly required to install air conditioners or lasers in the air-conditioning room, and keep the air conditioner running continuously and stably (including at night) to maintain the indoor temperature and humidity. Or, when starting up, turn on the air conditioner for half an hour before turning on the power supply and water cooler of the laser equipment.
2、 Maintenance of cooling system and cooling water
The temperature rises in summer, and the working pressure of the cooling system of the laser cutting machine increases. It is recommended to check and maintain the fluorine pressure of the internal compressor of the cooling machine before the high temperature comes. The equipment pressure of different manufacturers is also different. It is recommended to consult the equipment manufacturer for specific parameters before maintenance.
Due to the high temperature in summer, the deterioration speed of cooling water will also be accelerated. It is recommended that users use regular distilled water or purified water to regularly clean the scale in the water tank and replace the water and filter element (it is recommended that the replacement cycle in summer should not exceed 15 days), so as not to cause the scale attached in the laser and the pipeline to affect the cooling water flow and cause high temperature alarm. Please operate under the guidance of the equipment manufacturer.
3、 Guide rail maintenance
The guide rail shall be cleaned frequently to remove dust and other sundries, and ensure that the transmission part of the equipment is lubricated and free of sundries. Regular cleaning and lubricating oil can ensure that the machine can be accurately positioned during the process to achieve more accurate cutting and improve product quality.
4、 Control cabinet
Since the dust of the laser cutting machine is mainly metal powder, it is recommended to regularly cut off the power to clean the dust in the gas cabinet of the laser cutting machine and check the working condition of the cooling fan.
