First, adjust the parameters of the laser machine and improve the cutting speed of the machine.
Machine parameter setting is one of the main reasons that affect the cutting speed of the machine. Generally, if the parameters are not adjusted well, its cutting speed is not good. Parameters are like the actions related to a series of actions such as driving, starting, accelerating, etc. if the parameters are not set, it is just like when the car is starting, you shift to second gear to start. When starting, it will shake. When adjusting this parameter, you should generally pay attention to the following points:
1. Initial speed: as the name suggests, this setting is the starting speed of the machine, just like the starting speed of the car in the process of driving. Many customers have such misconceptions that the larger the initial speed, the better, but in fact, this is wrong. If the initial speed of the laser machine is set too high, the machine jitter will be very large.
2. Acceleration: acceleration means the speed of the fuel door during the driving process. It is the time spent from the initial speed to the normal cutting of the machine. When cutting different patterns, the machine is a process of continuous start and stop. If the acceleration is set too low, the cutting speed of the machine will slow down.
Second, adjust the machine assembly to improve the cutting effect of the machine.
1. Guide rail installation: the guide rail should be installed in parallel. If the installation is not parallel, the machine will have resistance when running, it will be stuck when walking, and there will be sawtooth when cutting. Therefore, the installation of two guide rails in the Y direction can only be carried out by two parallel lines, and there can be no error between them.
2. The installation position of beam and coupling is not good. When the machine beam and coupling are installed, the screw is not locked, or the lock is inclined, etc., which will happen.
