1、 Drainage method of laser cutting machine
Main drainage parts of water cooler and water tank for laser cutting machine: water tank, pipeline, water pump head, filter, deionization tank (optional)
1. Disconnect the power supply of the equipment involved in drainage.
2. Water tank drainage method: open the drainage valve (or drainage plug) at the lower part of the water tank to drain the water from the water tank. If necessary, tilt the water cooler at a certain angle to make the drainage cleaner.
3. Drainage in the pipeline and laser: first pull out the four water pipes, and then blow compressed air from the inlet and outlet of the pipeline for 1 minute respectively, forcing the water stored in the pipeline back to the water tank, and then drain from the outlet of the water tank.
4. Unscrew the filter element in the refrigerator and drain the water in the filter element.
5. Open the water tank cover and observe whether there is still water in the water tank (you can use compressed air to connect the water supply port for reverse blowing again, force the residual water in the pipeline, laser (pipe) and water pump back to the water tank, and then discharge it from the water tank outlet). If there is, tilt the chiller slightly to drain the water or suck the water dry with a dry towel.
6. Drainage of pump head: unscrew the drainage screw under the pump to drain the water in the pump. It is recommended to blow out the residual water in the pump head with compressed air, and then tighten the drainage screw.
7. Drainage of filter and deionization tank: open the drainage valve or plexiglass shell at the lower part of filter and deionization tank to remove the residual water.
2、 Conditions and methods of adding antifreeze to cooling water
1. Antifreeze glycol (also known as glycol) can be purchased in local hardware and chemical stores and online, but there are restrictions on liquid transportation.
2. The proportion with deionized water is about 30%, and 50% is recommended (70% water, 30% ethylene glycol).
3. Be sure to add when the ambient temperature is below zero (included).
4. Glycol is not equal to ethanol (alcohol), please be sure to distinguish.
