What are the reasons for the sudden wire breakage during the cutting process of the laser cutter

(1) The rotation speed of the wire storage cylinder is too slow, which makes the molybdenum wire stay in the working area too long;
(2) The molybdenum wire diameter is improperly selected when cutting the workpiece.
(3) Improper selection of electrical parameters and excessive current;
(4) The feed adjustment is improper, fast and slow, and the open circuit and short circuit are frequent;
(5) The working fluid of laser cutting machine is used improperly (such as using ordinary machine tool emulsion by mistake), and the emulsion is too thin, used for a long time, and too dirty;
(6) The pipeline is blocked, and the working fluid flow is greatly reduced;
(7) The conductive block fails to contact the molybdenum wire or has been pulled out of the dent by the molybdenum wire, resulting in poor contact;
(8) When cutting thick parts, the interval is too small or the working fluid that is not suitable for cutting thick parts is used;
(9) The performance of the clipping diode of the pulse power supply of the laser cutting machine becomes worse, and the negative wave is larger in processing, which increases the loss of molybdenum wire in a short time;
(10) The molybdenum wire is poor in quality or storage, resulting in oxidation, or the wire is tensioned with improper tools such as small iron bars when feeding, causing damage to the wire;
