Antifreeze technique of laser cutting machine in winter

The basic principle of antifreeze of laser cutting machine is to make the coolant in the laser cutting machine not reach the "freezing point". There are several methods. See the following methods:
Method 1: do not turn off the water cooler after the laser cutting machine does not work
When the laser cutting machine is not working and the power supply is not cut off (power failure), do not turn off the water cooler. Keep the coolant in a circulating flow state, and adjust the conventional temperature to about 10 ℃. In this way, the coolant temperature cannot reach the freezing point, so the laser cutting machine will not be damaged.
Method 2: drain the coolant in the laser cutting machine
Drain the coolant in all parts of the equipment through the water outlet of the laser cutting machine. And inject pure gas to ensure that there is no coolant in the whole water circulating cooling system. This can also ensure that the laser cutting machine will not be damaged by low temperature.
Method 3: replace the coolant in the laser cutting machine
In winter, cars running on the road will change the antifreeze used in winter, and vehicle antifreeze can also be added to the equipment. However, we must choose a large brand of antifreeze, otherwise the antifreeze contains impurities, which will also cause damage to the equipment if it sticks to the pipes of components such as lasers. Antifreeze cannot replace purified water and live ionic water for perennial use. Be sure to replace it in time after winter.
The above methods play an important role in whether the laser cutting machine can work normally in winter and equipment safety. The first two methods are recommended. This method saves time and effort, but it may cause damage to the laser cutting machine in case of sudden power failure. Method 2 is laborious and a waste of resources. But it is safer and more effective than the other two methods.
