Important factors of laser cutting accuracy

1. The size of the spot after the laser beam passes through the focus: the smaller the spot after the laser beam is gathered, the higher the precision of laser cutting processing, especially the smaller the slit, and the smaller the spot can reach 0.01mm.
2. The positioning accuracy of the worktable determines the repetition accuracy of laser cutting processing. The higher the accuracy of the worktable, the higher the cutting accuracy.
3. The greater the thickness of the workpiece, the lower the accuracy and the larger the slit. Because the laser beam is conical, the slit is also conical, and the material with a thickness of 0.3mm is much smaller than the slit with a thickness of 2mm.
Too fast if the laser cutting processing speed is too fast, the following consequences may be caused:
1) It may not be able to cut through, and sparks may spray randomly.
2) Some areas can be cut through, but some areas cannot be cut through.
3) The whole section is thick, but there is no solution stain.
4) The cutting section shows diagonal lines, and the lower half produces dissolving stains.
The speed is too slow: 1) cause over melting and rough cutting surface.
2) The cutting seam becomes wider and the sharp corner part melts.
3) Affect cutting efficiency.
4. Determine the appropriate cutting speed. Judge whether the laser cutting processing speed can be increased or reduced from the cutting spark
1) Sparks spread from top to bottom
2) If the spark is inclined, it indicates that the cutting speed is too fast.
3) Sparks show non-proliferation and few, and if they gather together, it indicates that the speed is too slow. The laser cutting processing speed is appropriate, the cutting surface presents a relatively stable line, and there is no melting stain on the lower half.
