1. Geometric error of workpiece
Due to the influence of various reasons, the surface of the machined object is uneven, and heat will be generated in the cutting process. In this way, the surface of the thin plate part is easy to deform, and due to the uneven surface, the laser focus and the position and ideal position of the machined object surface will also change randomly.
2. Error caused by workpiece clamping device
The processed workpiece is placed on the needle worktable. Due to the processing error and the wear between the workpiece for a long time, the needle bed will appear uneven, which will also produce random errors in the position between the steel sheet and the laser focus.
3. Programming error
In the processing process of fiber laser cutting machine, the processing trajectory on the complex surface is fitted by lines, arcs, etc. These fitting curves have errors with the actual curves, which make the relative position between the actual focus and the surface of the processing object and the ideal programming position produce errors. Some teaching programming systems will also introduce some deviations.
4. Generation of focus position error in laser cutting process
In the cutting process of optical fiber laser cutting machine, there are many factors that cause the relative position between the focus and the surface of the processed object to change, which are also related to the surface smoothness of the processed products. The workpiece clamping mode, the geometric error of the machine tool, the deformation of the machine tool under long-term load, the thermal deformation of the workpiece in the processing process, etc. will cause the deviation between the laser focus position and the ideal given position (programming position).
