4. Clean up the waste of the discharging trolley;
5. Clean up the sundries on the filter screen of the air outlet in time to ensure that the ventilation pipe is unblocked;
6. The laser cutting nozzle should be cleaned every 30 minutes or so, and the metal slag sprayed on it should be removed;
7. Check and replace the cutting nozzle regularly;
8. The cutting head is calibrated once a day or by replacing the nozzle and ceramic body. The process is as follows:
① Move the cutting head to the position 10mm from the cutting nozzle to the metal plate surface;
② Adjust the capacitance sensor position adjustment potentiometer to about 10;
③ Press the "servo reset" key on the operation panel;
④ Then adjust the position of the capacitance sensor to the original position;
⑤ Move the cutting head of the laser cutting machine to the original position;
9. Clean the focusing lens and check whether it is damaged;
10. Check the cooling water temperature. The laser water inlet is 19 ℃ ≤ temperature ≤ 22 ℃, the temperature change is about 21 ℃, and the water inlet pressure is between 4 and 5bar;
11. Use an air gun to clean the dust on the heat exchanger of the water cooler and the freeze dryer, and it is required to blow the dust to ensure the heat dissipation efficiency;
12. Check whether the connecting parts of the oil-free air compressor are loose. When the air pressure in the air tank is 0.05mpa-0.1mpa, open the blowdown valve at the lower part of the air tank to discharge the dirt in the tank, and the pointer of the pressure gauge moves smoothly. When the pointer of the pressure gauge is zero, the pointer should also point to "0", calibrate the pressure on and off, but when the exhaust pressure reaches the rated working pressure, the pressure switch should automatically cut off the control circuit of the magnetic starter to stop the air compressor, When the exhaust pressure is close to 1.1 times the rated working pressure, gently pull up the ejector rod of the safety valve, and the safety valve should produce the discharge action. Each shift should inspect at least twice to check whether there is abnormal sound or vibration during the operation of the air compressor. When turning off the air compressor again, it should be noted that the emergency stop cannot be used with the start stop to prevent the compressor from reversing and returning oil. The air valve should also be closed when turning off the air compressor;
13. Check the freeze dryer, press the start button to check whether the indicator light is on, whether the automatic drainer discharges water regularly, whether the pointer of the evaporation thermometer is lower than the ambient temperature when it is stopped and there is no compressed air, it is normal if it is about 5-15 ℃ lower than the ambient temperature, and whether the pointer of the evaporation thermometer is in the green area when it is running and compressed air flows;
14. Frequently inspect the working state of the voltage stabilizer: observe whether the temperature rise of the compensation transformer and the voltage regulating transformer is normal, whether there is overheating, coil discoloration and other phenomena; Whether the carbon brush is in good contact; Monitor whether the input and output voltages are normal; Whether there is overload, etc. once any abnormality is found, it should be handled immediately. If it cannot be handled, it can be solved by contacting the manufacturer in time to avoid damaging the equipment;
15. Monitor and check whether the switch of the laser mechanical shutter is normal;
16. On / off sequence:
① Start up: turn on the gas, water-cooled unit, cold dryer, air compressor, host, laser (Note: after turning on the laser, start the low pressure first, and then start the laser, commonly known as high pressure). If conditions permit, bake the machine for 10 minutes;
② Shut down: first turn off the high pressure, then turn off the laser after the turbine stops rotating without sound at low pressure, then turn off the water-cooled unit, air compressor, gas, cold dryer, and the main machine, and finally turn off the voltage stabilizing cabinet;
17. The laser is the main, and the others are auxiliary. Pay attention to the backflow when shutting down each time. When starting the low pressure, the laser can be started only when the pressure is greater than 80, that is, when the high pressure is on. There must be no vibration source around the laser after it is fixed;
18. Pay attention to the surrounding environment and personal safety when using gas.
