Step 1: please clean your hands before operation. It is best to wash your hands with soap or detergent. This is a good habit for normal operation of cutting machine lens. Do not directly use bare hands to contact the lens, but wear special gloves to prevent finger prints from affecting the accuracy of the lens.
Step 2: when placing the lens, pay attention to its stability to prevent it from slipping and falling. At the same time, pay attention to the convex side of the lens lying flat on a stable and clean desktop. At the same time, pay attention to check that the desktop is free of debris, so as to avoid confusion or affect the operating environment of the lens.
Step 3: the lens of the laser cutting machine should be careful not to be wet, nor should it be wiped with the traditional air blowing method, nor should it be blown with hot air to the lens, so as to avoid the sudden change of heat and damage to the lens. The lens is of high precision, and the temperature and humidity are strictly controlled to avoid affecting the protective film on the lens surface and optical accuracy.
Step 4: after the lens of the laser cutting machine is assembled, pay attention to the cleaning and dust removal of the lens. It is best to use a clean air spray gun for cleaning, not an ordinary spray gun.
Step 5: the cutting machine lens must be absolutely clean, and do not touch the lens surface directly with your hands, and strictly prevent other non designated objects from directly contacting the lens surface. In the cleaning and maintenance of the lens, professional wiping paper should be gently pulled from side to side to avoid scratching the surface of the lens.
