At this time, the oil film can also be coated on the surface of the plate, and a relatively good perforation effect can be obtained without reducing the processing quality. In fact, air is close to the processing characteristics of nitrogen, but its cutting surface is rougher than nitrogen, and the effect of slag sticking is also general, which is not as good as the effect of using nitrogen. After oxidation, the surface hardness of the cutting surface is about twice that of the original, but the range is small. It is also due to the existence of this feature, so in the oxidation-free cutting with good surface roughness, the rough grinding of the cutting surface is not easy, while the machined surface using oxygen is not easy to grind.
