1. CNC cutting technology.

3. Pipe cutting process.
Since the slag of pipe cutting (especially for small-diameter square pipes) is attached to the inner wall of the pipe, most of the heat generated by metal laser cutting machine cutting is absorbed by the workpiece. When the cutting density of stainless steel laser cutting machine is very high, it usually leads to overheating of the pipe, including the corners and four corners of the square pipe. Overheating seriously affects the quality of the incision, and even cannot be cut. For such problems:

4. Professional casing technology
Metal laser cutting machine has high cutting efficiency, and programming nesting is more complex. If used improperly, it will cause waste of pipes and low cutting efficiency. Through the professional pipe cutting and nesting software of stainless steel laser cutting machine, the drawing, nesting and blanking are pre programmed on the computer to generate NC cutting program, and then the full stroke automatic laser cutting and blanking are performed on large-size metal pipes.
