The birth of metal laser cutting machine is mainly to improve work efficiency and cutting accuracy, because manual operation is far from reaching high accuracy, so what is the optical path adjustment principle of fiber laser cutting machine?
By adjusting the angle of the three mirrors, the optical path is parallel. The laser head hits the same point at any position and focuses on the center of the focusing lens. Optical path adjustment method of fiber laser cutting machine: (adjust the current to 4-5ma)
1. Check whether the laser can hit the mirror (by covering the mirror with plastic sheet, and then press the test button to check the position of the laser point). If the laser cannot irradiate the lens, please adjust the position of the lens.
2. Check whether the laser will hit the second and third mirrors. If not, please adjust the M1, M2 and M3 screws behind the upper mirror.
3. Paste at least two layers of double-sided tape at the light inlet of the laser lens barrel of the laser cutting machine, move the laser head to the upper right corner of the workbench, and then press the "test" button on the control panel to hit the laser point.
4. Move the laser head of the laser cutting machine to the upper left corner, and then hit a laser point to see if it is in the same position with the point in the upper right corner. If it is not in the same position, please adjust the M1, M2 and M3 screws of the lower reflector, and the midpoint of the mission and the point in the upper right corner are in the same position.
5. Move the laser head to the lower left corner, check whether the observation point is the same as the upper right corner, and then adjust the reflector.
6. Repeatedly adjust the optical path of the laser cutter as described above, and align the three laser points to the same position.
7. Check whether the focus is in the center: place a mirror vertically under the focusing lens, and place a transparent plastic sheet under the lens barrel close to the lens barrel, and then press the "test" button to hit the laser to check whether the laser point hits the focusing lens. Be careful of laser burns when holding the plastic sheet. Do not put your hand in the vertical plane of the lens.
