2. Improper cutting method
Cutting methods such as common edge, borrowing edge and bridging are not used when cutting metal plates. In this way, the cutting path is long, the cutting time is long, and the production efficiency is very low. At the same time, the consumption of consumables will also increase, and the cost expenditure will be high.
3. Nesting software is not used
During typesetting and cutting, nesting software is not used, but manual typesetting is carried out in the system, and cutting is carried out in sequence according to the blanking sequence of parts. This will result in a large number of leftover materials after cutting, low utilization of plates, and the cutting path is not optimized, which will take a long time to cut and low production efficiency.
4. The cutting power does not match the actual cutting thickness
The corresponding fiber laser cutting machine is not selected according to the actual cutting. For example, it is actually necessary to cut 16mm carbon steel plates in large quantities, and choosing a 3000W power cutting equipment can indeed cut 16mm carbon steel plates, but the cutting speed is only 0.7m / min, and long-term cutting will increase the damage rate of lens consumables, and even affect the focusing lens. It is recommended to choose 6000W power for cutting processing.
