Tips for maintaining fiber laser cutting machine

As a major cutting tool in sheet metal processing, the application of fiber laser cutting machine equipment has brought better cutting effect to our customers. With the long-term use of fiber laser cutting machine, it is inevitable that large and small faults will occur. To reduce the occurrence of faults, users need to carry out corresponding maintenance work on the equipment at ordinary times.
Any mechanical product cannot be without corresponding maintenance, and the same is true of optical fiber laser cutting machine, but users often ignore this problem, which can easily lead to the reduction of the cutting efficiency of the laser cutting machine and shorten the service time of the equipment. Then, what are the tips for the maintenance of optical fiber laser cutting machine?
1. Maintenance of cooling system
First, the water inside the water cooler needs to be replaced regularly, and the general replacement frequency is one week. The quality and temperature of circulating water directly affect the service life of the laser tube. It is recommended to use pure water or distilled water, and control the water temperature below 35 ℃. It is easy to form scale without changing water for a long time, which will block the waterway, so you must change water regularly.
Second, keep the water flowing smoothly at any time. The cooling water is responsible for taking away the heat generated by the laser tube. The higher the water temperature is, the lower the optical output power is (the better the water temperature is 15-20 ℃); When water is cut off, the pipe end will burst due to heat accumulation in the laser cavity, and even damage the laser power supply. Therefore, it is necessary to check whether the cooling water is unblocked at any time. When the water pipe has a hard bend (dead bend) or falls off, so that the water pump fails, it must be repaired in time to avoid power reduction and even equipment damage.
2. Dust removal system maintenance
After long-term use, the fan will accumulate a lot of dust, which will affect the exhaust and deodorization effect, and also produce noise. When finding that the suction of the fan is insufficient and the smoke exhaust is not smooth, first turn off the power supply, remove the air inlet pipe and air outlet pipe on the fan, remove the dust inside, then stand the fan upside down, pull the fan blades inside until it is clean, and then install the fan. Fan maintenance cycle: about one month.
After the machine works for a period of time, the surface of the lens will be covered with a layer of ash due to the working environment, so as to reduce the reflectivity and transmittance of the reflecting lens, and finally affect the working power of the laser. At this time, use absorbent cotton dipped in ethanol to carefully wipe along the center of the lens to the edge. The lens should be wiped gently without damaging the surface coating; The wiping process should be handled with care to prevent falling; When installing the focusing lens, be sure to keep the concave face downward. In addition, the use of ultra-high speed perforation should be minimized at ordinary times, and the use of conventional perforation can prolong the service life of the focusing lens.
3. Transmission system maintenance
During the long-term cutting process of the equipment, smoke and dust will be generated, and fine smoke and dust will enter the equipment through the dust cover, so as to adhere to the guide rack, and the long-term accumulation will increase the wear of the guide rack. Rack guide rail is a relatively precise accessory. A large amount of dust is deposited on the surface of guide rail and linear shaft for a long time, which has a great impact on the processing accuracy of the equipment, and will form corrosion spots on the surface of guide rail linear shaft, shortening the service life of the equipment. Therefore, in order to make the equipment work normally and stably and ensure the processing quality of products, it is necessary to carefully carry out the daily maintenance of guide rails and linear shafts, and regularly do dust removal and cleaning. After cleaning the dust, grease the rack and lubricate the guide rail with lubricating oil. All bearings should also be lubricated regularly, so as to maintain flexible driving, accurate processing and prolong the service life of the machine tool.
The environment of the workshop should be kept dry and well ventilated. The ambient temperature is 4 ℃ -33 ℃. In summer, pay attention to prevent equipment condensation, and in winter, do a good job in antifreeze of laser equipment.
The equipment shall be far away from the electrical equipment sensitive to electromagnetic interference to prevent the equipment from being subjected to electromagnetic interference for a long time. Stay away from the sudden large electricity interference of large electricity and strong vibration equipment. Large electricity interference sometimes causes machine failure. Although it is rare, it should be avoided as far as possible. Therefore, large electric welding machines, giant electric mixers and large power transmission and transformation equipment should be kept away. Strong vibration equipment is more self-evident, such as the vibration caused by forging presses and close motor vehicles. The obvious shaking of the ground is very detrimental to accurate carving.
During the working process of the equipment, the operator must observe the working condition of the equipment at any time, cut off all power supplies immediately in case of abnormal conditions, eliminate the faults in time or report to the supervisor, and actively take corresponding measures. The use of the machine shall be counted regularly, and each part of the laser cutting machine shall be recorded regularly. If the effect is poor, it shall be replaced in time to prevent the trouble.
