1: Corner plus cooling point

2: Using high power lasers
When cutting carbon steel with fiber laser cutting machine, higher power laser can be used. Bright surface cutting process can effectively avoid overburning, and this cutting process can cut out finished products without burrs and bright cutting surface.
3: Cutting with nitrogen
In sheet metal cutting with oxygen as auxiliary gas, gas can be switched to cut. During nitrogen cutting, the material is completely melted by laser energy, and nitrogen is blown out of the cutting seam to avoid inappropriate chemical reaction. The temperature in the melting point area is relatively low, coupled with the cooling and protective effect of nitrogen, the reaction is stable and uniform, and the cutting quality is high. The section is fine and smooth, the surface roughness is low, and there is no oxide layer.
4: Increase air pressure
When using fiber laser cutting machine to process aluminum alloy and stainless steel, the auxiliary gas used is nitrogen or air, and edge burning will not occur in the cutting process. However, due to the high temperature of the material inside the small hole, the slag hanging phenomenon on the inside will be more frequent. In this case, burr and slag hanging can be reduced by increasing the pressure of auxiliary gas.
