Winter has come. As soon as the cold comes every year, we enter the coldest time of the year, and the temperature in most parts of the country has basically fallen below zero. People should wear clothes to prevent cold, and laser cutting machines are no exception. Antifreeze measures are essential in winter. In order to avoid damage to laser cutting machines caused by freezing in cold winter, we must take antifreeze measures for laser cutting machines.
The volume of the laser waterway is fixed. After freezing, the internal waterway and optical cable will be irreversibly damaged, causing great losses to the majority of users. Therefore, when the ambient temperature is 0 ℃ and below, it is recommended that users add antifreeze to the cooling water of the laser. After adding antifreeze, the freezing point of the water can be reduced so that the cooling water does not freeze.
There are many kinds of Antifreeze on the market. It is recommended that you use big brand antifreeze, otherwise the antifreeze contains impurities, which will also cause damage to the equipment if it sticks to the pipes of components such as lasers. The addition ratio of antifreeze is 3:7, 30% antifreeze, 70% deionized water. After adding antifreeze, it can resist freezing at minus 20 ℃. If professional brands are not convenient to buy, large bottles of automobile antifreeze can be used for a short time.
First, cut off all equipment, close the valve of the water cooler, open the drain valve of the water cooler, drain the water in the water tank, and then clean the water tank with clean water and drain it. Remove the filter screen and filter element of the water cooler and the filter element of the laser water inlet, clean it and install it.
Pour the quantitative deionized water and the quantitative antifreeze into the same container, stir evenly in the same direction, open the valve of the chiller and inject the evenly stirred antifreeze into the chiller. Stop adding liquid when the liquid level of the chiller is at the standard scale. It is strictly forbidden to directly add antifreeze into the chiller, so that the antifreeze cannot be fully dissolved in water, and flocs are easy to be generated to block the filter screen and filter element.
