Startup sequence of fiber laser cutting machine
1. Check whether there are objects in the operating range of the machine tool that affect the safe operation;
2. Turn on the main power switch and each branch control power switch of the optical fiber laser cutting machine;
3. Turn on the regulator and check whether the operation state of the regulator is normal;
4. Turn on the power switch of the fiber laser, then turn on the key switch, and let the fiber laser run with its own air conditioner or internal desuperheater for more than 30 minutes;
5. Turn on the air compressor when the power switch of the fiber laser operates for 20 minutes, and check whether the operation state of the air compressor is normal;
6. Open the control air valve of the air circuit, turn on the cold dryer, and check whether the operation state of the cold dryer is normal and whether the air pressure is normal;
7. According to the cutting needs, open the cutting auxiliary gas control valve and check whether the cutting auxiliary gas pressure is normal;
8. Turn on the power switch of the machine tool, press the power on button to start the machine tool control system, and the machine tool returns to the original point after the control system starts normally;
9. Turn on the power switch of the fiber laser for more than 30 minutes, and then turn on the chiller for operation, and check whether the operation state of the chiller is normal;
10. After the actual temperature of the high and low temperature water of the chiller reaches the set temperature difference of one degree, apply high voltage to the fiber laser and check whether the operation state of the fiber laser is normal;
11. Turn on the exhaust fan or dust collector, check whether the operation state of the exhaust fan or dust collector is normal, and the optical fiber laser cutting machine enters the state to be cut.
Fiber laser cutting machine sequence
1. Turn off the exhaust fan or dust collector;
2. Turn off the high voltage of the fiber laser, return the machine tool to the original point, and then turn off the control system as required. After the control system is turned off, press the power off button, turn off the power supply of the control system, and turn off the main power switch of the machine;
3. Turn off the chiller;
4. Turn off the cold dryer and the control valves of each gas circuit;
5. Turn off the air compressor;
6. Turn off the key switch of the fiber laser, and then turn off the power switch or leave the key switch and power switch on, so as to keep the fiber laser charged, and it can be quickly turned on and used the next day;
7. Turn off the regulator;
8. Turn off the power switch of each branch and the main power switch of the optical fiber laser cutting machine.
