If the parameter error of servo motor affects the cutting quality, the accuracy error of guide rail and lead screw will directly lead to the round hole accuracy not reaching the expectation. Usually, some small factories will cheat customers that the precision of laser cutting machine can reach 0.1mm, but in fact, in the actual operation process, the quality and effect of laser drilling will be poor, affecting the added value of products.
