1. Laser power decrease

2. Contamination of optical elements
Optical elements include focusing lens, reflector, etc. because they are in a poor working environment for a long time, it is easy to leave residues on the surface of such lenses, which reduces the laser power of the equipment and leads to impervious cutting.
3. Equipment spot debugging fails to meet the standard
The light spot is an important factor affecting the cutting quality. When the light spot debugging fails to meet the standard, the cutting will be impervious.
4. The cutting speed of the equipment is too fast
If the cutting speed is too fast, missing cutting will inevitably occur, which will lead to impervious cutting.
5. Insufficient auxiliary gas pressure
Auxiliary gas helps blow off the residue during cutting. When the air pressure is not reached, the residue is difficult to remove, which will lead to impervious cutting.
