This phenomenon can also be caused if the spindle is not perpendicular to the machining table. In this case, we should use an Allen wrench to remove the spindle motor and readjust the verticality of the spindle.
In another case, the machine vibration is caused by the fact that the base of the engraving machine is not fixed properly, so the tools will shake. Therefore, after selecting the position of the machine, do not often move the position of the machine to firmly fix the angle of the machine.
There are prominent phenomena at the bottom of the laser engraving machine, such as negative engraving, which shows that there are obvious uneven phenomena at the horizontal and vertical intersections; Yang carving, there is a prominent horizontal line between words and no words. The deeper it is cleaned, the more obvious the phenomenon is.
reason:
1. the response speed of the laser tube can not keep up with the processing speed. The processing speed is a little too fast.
2. the laser control switch frequency of the laser engraving machine is too low, the laser line segment is too long, and there is no spot light, resulting in tailing.
3. the blowing flow is incorrect, resulting in the adhesion of the processing powder and the formation of horizontal line protrusion.
4. uneven bottom due to optical path deviation or incorrect focal length.
5. select unreasonable focusing lens, and try to select short focal length lens to improve beam quality.
