Some customers suddenly stop rotating because the spindle motor can work normally, while some customers cannot rotate after replacing the spindle,
The main shaft of the engraving machine stops rotating, which affects the production progress and production efficiency. These phenomena are common problems, of course.
When the main shaft of the engraving machine does not rotate or stop for a period of time, observe whether there is a problem in the lower line, mainly check whether the input and output lines of the frequency converter fall off or are connected incorrectly, and then check whether the lines of the frequency converter are connected correctly and whether the frequency converter has an alarm code. If there is an alarm, please find the corresponding alarm code according to the instructions and investigate according to the prompts.
The following are the common problems about the non rotation of the spindle:
The engraving machine has been used for three years. The spindle has stopped without setting the speed value, and the problem of the frequency converter has been speculated. Observe the change of the frequency converter data: when the spindle motor starts and rotates, the frequency converter data rises, the data decreases, and the frequency converter is in a normal state.
Treatment: it was found that the spindle itself was not caused by the spindle. During the startup process, the z-axis limit display was triggered, causing the motor to stop running. Therefore, remove the z-axis limit line and the spindle is normal. It seems that the z-axis limit switch is really broken. Buy a new engraving machine spindle and replace it.
