1. The cooling fins of the water chiller shall be cleaned regularly to avoid too much dust affecting the work. The distilled water in the water tank shall be replaced once every four months, and tap water or purified water shall not be used.
2. The filter of air compressor and cold dryer must be drained every morning. The front filter of the side blowing of the lens of the external optical path must be checked at any time, and there must be no water or oil, otherwise the lens will be polluted. The gas source must be improved to meet the standard.
3. Check the external optical path protective gas, cold path cabinet, cooling water path, air compressor and cold dryer once a week, and discharge the accumulated water of the filter.
