① Abnormal light output and fever of light guide joint

It is common in the loosening of light guide joint and the misalignment of laser tube. Inspection method: same light correction. Troubleshooting: replace or adjust the light guide section and correct the optical path.

② Laser power drop

Common in laser tube aging. Check: check the voltage regulator with a multimeter and check the working voltage of the laser tube with a high voltage meter. Treatment: replace the aging laser tube and replace the damaged components.

The laser tube is not on ① the voltmeter has an indication, which is common in the open circuit of the power supply line. And foot switch or manual switch have poor contact. Check: measure with a multimeter. Treatment: repair or replace. ② No indication of voltmeter

The common fuse is broken or the circuit is open. Check and measure with a multimeter. Treatment: replace the fuse or turn on the circuit. ③ The power indicator is not on

The common fuse is broken, the incoming line is in poor contact, the circuit of the indicator light is poor or the indicator light is broken. Check: check the fuse, check the power incoming line and check the indicator circuit. Treatment: replace the fuse, repair the wire and replace the indicator light. ④ Continuous fuse burning is often caused by short circuit in the machine and serious dirt in the machine. Check: check the line step by step. Most of them are high-voltage parts with short circuit. Treatment: repair the short circuit and remove the dirt. ⑤ There is discharge sound or electric arc light in the machine. There are dust, ponding, too high air humidity and corrosive gas in the machine. Check: observe the discharge point in the dark. Treatment: remove dust, ponding and other objects, and change the working environment. ⑥ Unstable laser output

It can be seen that there is poor contact in the CO2 laser marking machine, and there are slight intermittent short circuit points in the machine. Inspection: check the line level by level. Treatment: replace the wire, re weld the wire head and clean it.
