The second stage: stable period. At this time, the laser tube is in a stable state. Under the same current, the light intensity is slightly weaker than that in the first stage, but the road can meet the work needs. This stage can last for about one to two months.
The third stage: decay period. After a long period of use, the indicators of the laser tube begin to decline, and the light intensity becomes weaker. At this time, you can meet your requirements for engraving depth by increasing the current and slowing down the speed. This stage can last about half a month to one month.
The fourth stage: depletion period, the life of the laser tube ends.
From the life process of the laser tube, it can be found that the length of the stability period is the key to the use of the laser tube, and the good or bad maintenance is directly related to the length of the stability period. The key points of maintenance are:
The operating environment of the machine should be good, and the power supply voltage should be stable. If the voltage fluctuation is too large, a regulated power supply should be configured; The machine shall be placed stably and shall not work in the environment with large vibration and humidity.
The laser current should not be too large, it must be below 20mA, and the light intensity should be reduced as much as possible under the conditions of meeting the engraving depth and speed. 13-17ma is a more appropriate current range.
The laser tube is a heating element, and the quality and quantity of circulating water must be guaranteed: quality - to ensure that it is clean and free of sundries, the circulating water should be replaced regularly (two days), and the water change must be carried out when the machine is not working; Quantity - ensure sufficient circulating water (above 20kg) and ensure that the temperature of circulating water is 5-25 ℃.
Under the condition of meeting the working requirements, adopt the optimal working mode to prolong the service life of the laser tube as much as possible. For example, try to work by cutting as much as possible.
2、 Mirror and focus lens
The surfaces of the mirror and the focusing mirror are precisely polished and coated with a layer of film. Whether their surfaces are clean or not is directly related to the reflectivity and focusing effect of the laser. They should be cleaned and maintained regularly. Cleaning must be carried out in strict accordance with the maintenance steps. This will extend its working life.
3、 Water pump and fan
Their maintenance is relatively simple. When the machine is not working, it should be shut down in time. It should be dedusted and cleaned regularly to avoid affecting its working effect and service life. The fan must have certain protective measures and cannot work in the environment of rain and exposure to the sun.
