Some common problems and solutions for laser engraving machines

Machine sometimes has light, sometimes has no light: Check whether the lenses of the laser engraving machine are too dirty or damaged, and whether the optical path is severely deviated; The optical path of the lens is normal, check if the water circulation is normal, and if the water is intermittent, it may break off; The water circulation is normal, which may be due to a water protection malfunction. When working without a laser, you can first check whether the laser tube is emitting light; There is no light at the light outlet, check if the water circulation is normal; The water circulation is normal, check if the laser power indicator light is on; Press the laser power button.
Machine reset: The position where the laser head ultimately stops after the equipment is completed or a reset operation is performed. If the user selects the mechanical origin, the laser head will stay at the mechanical origin after the device completes operation or performs a reset operation. When starting the machine, use your hand to push the crossbeam forward and backward, and the car can only be powered on when there is no abnormal noise when moving left and right. This can secure the machine to avoid damage caused by foreign objects getting stuck; The machine reset is not normal, the direction is correct during the reset, but at the peak, the car and crossbeam cannot stop; The crossbeam reset is normal, but the car reset does not move. It may be due to the tensioning wheel being stuck or the motor shaft being broken, and the parameters are incorrect.
Halfway stoppage, missing engraving, and disorderly engraving of the machine: check the grounding condition of the machine and measure whether the grounding wire meets the standard; Check if the computer has screen protection or power saving mode set, targeting low-speed and high-speed motherboards; Check if there are any errors in the original image, such as intersecting, unclosed, or missing strokes; If there is no such problem with other graphics, it is only a certain graphic that has such a problem.
Unclosed edge: Measure whether the crossbeam is parallel, and under normal circumstances, the left and right deviation should not exceed 2MM; Check whether the tightness of the trolley belt and the crossbeam belt is appropriate, and whether the tension of the belts on both sides is the same; When the machine is turned on, use your hand to push and pull the trolley and crossbeam, and gently move the trolley head up and down to see if there is any mechanical clearance.
Cleaning or edge misalignment: Any graphic that runs too fast on the machine can cause misalignment; Enlarge the original graphics in the output software and check for any misalignment of the graphics themselves; Try making another sample to see if there is any problem with a certain graphic; Check whether the synchronous belt is too loose and whether the tension of the belts on both sides of the crossbeam is the same; Is there a gap between the motor and the synchronous wheel of the transmission shaft; Check whether the crossbeam is parallel, whether the crossbeam is parallel, and whether there is wear between the crossbeam support and the trolley slider.
There are serrations in cleaning and edge hooking: it may be due to excessive speed; If outputting in BMP bitmap format, check the original resolution; Is the synchronous belt between the trolley and the crossbeam too loose or too tight; Check the X-direction tensioning wheel for any gaps due to wear; Check if the four lenses are damaged or loose, especially if the reflector and focusing mirror above the car head are securely installed.
