1, cutting joints must be vertical

If not vertical, the size of the molding after the installation of the tool will not be consistent with the size of the equipment pattern, which is known in the industry. The tooling fails due to too large a tolerance. In addition, the cutting joint is not perpendicular and the cutting line is not perpendicular after installation. When the die is cut and compressed, the vertical pressure of the cutting line is deformed and curled and damaged. The better the perpendicularity, the better the accuracy and durability of the mold.
2, the cutting knife must be the same width of the cutting seam
Due to the international standard thickness of the steel cutting line, the cutting seam must have a certain width, the width of the cutting seam can not be too narrow or too wide, because the thickness of the loaded cutting line is the same. If it is too wide, the cutting line cannot be fixed. If it is too narrow, it is difficult to install the cutting line. Forced loading can be very laborious and lead to horizontal extrusion of the board. The final size of the bare board and the board will also change.
Including surface slits and back slits, the width of slits should be the same. The upper fruit upper width and lower width are not suitable, the board will be bent and distorted after the cutting line is installed, and the final die size will be distorted. The mold is scrapped.
3、The cutting size is accurate
When the above two aspects may reach the standard, it is the problem of cutting size accuracy, involving the accuracy of machine tool movement, coordinate positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy. At present, the mold cutting industry has increasingly high requirements for the accuracy and size of laser molds. General printing mold allowable error of 0, 15-0, 2mm, printing and blister mold allowable error of 0, 1-0, printing knife mold, leather knife mold made of plexiglass plate, only allow the error is no greater than 0, 1mm. electronic knife model is higher, the general requirements of the error in about 0, so the accuracy of the machine tool requirements can not be ambiguous.
The above three basic requirements are the main requirements of the mold industry for laser cutting machine. These three requirements are relatively independent and related. Under the premise of ensuring the accuracy of the machine, inconsistent width of the cutting seam will lead to low final accuracy, and the cutting seam is not perpendicular will also lead to low accuracy. However, if the longitudinal cutting seam and the width of the cutting seam are well controlled, an inaccurate machine tool will eventually lead to a failed die or only unnecessary dies can be made. One common feature that knife molds do not need is a large supply. Because of the large number of people, the price must be very low (low requirements, naturally low prices).
