2. Oblique column method: Use a plastic plate placed sideways from the vertical axis to drive it horizontally, and find the point where the laser beam is the smallest as the focal point.
3. Dark blue flame method: Remove the nozzle, blow gas, and hit the pulse light onto the stainless steel plate, causing the cutting head to exercise from top to bottom until the larger part of the dark blue flame becomes the focus.

1. Directional light tube. This is a common way to solve this problem by adding a collimator at the output end of the CO2 laser to expand the beam aperture. After expanding the beam aperture, the scattering angle decreases, making the beam specifications close to the same before focusing on the near and far sides within the cutting range.
Cutting accuracy is the first factor in distinguishing the quality of CNC laser cutting machines. The four major factors that endanger the cutting accuracy of CNC laser cutting machine equipment:
The laser condensation size of the laser generator. If the light points are particularly small after aggregation, the cutting accuracy is high, and if the gap is also very small after cutting. This indicates that the precision of the laser cutting machine equipment is quite high, while the quality is very high. But the beam emitted by the laser generator is conical, so the gaps cut out are all conical. In this type of environment, the thinner the product workpiece, the smaller the accuracy, resulting in more slits.
The accuracy of the operating platform. If the accuracy of the operating table is high, the cutting accuracy will also be improved accordingly. The accuracy of the operating platform is also a crucial factor in verifying the accuracy of the laser.
The laser beam condenses into a conical shape. When cutting, the laser beam should be tapered downwards. If the thickness of the workpiece being cut is particularly large, the cutting accuracy will be reduced, and the gap will be particularly large.
The different raw materials used for cutting can also affect the accuracy of the laser cutting machine equipment. In the same situation, the accuracy of cutting stainless steel plates and aluminum will be very different. The cutting accuracy of stainless steel materials will be higher, and the transverse section will also be smoother.
