Laser cutting machine in the process of use, due to the long continuous use of dusty working environment, the quality of the operator is low, so there are often problems, some common problems how to deal with?

 

 

 

First, no program to run normal start-up:

 

 

 

Fault phenomenon:

 

 

 

The main power switch indicator does not light up, the main board indicator does not light up, the panel does not display, the motor drive indicator does not light up, there is a humming sound in the machine.

 

 

 

Cause of failure:

 

 

 

Solution| main power supply poor contact, DC power supply damage, control board failure, motor driver failure, mechanical failure. The operator can gradually solve.

 

 

 

Specific inspection methods:

 

 

 

1. Observe the indicator light on the visual inspection machine, observe the fault site, the total power switch indicator light does not light, check whether the input power supply is poor contact or power fuse is blown, the main board LED light is not turned on. Light or control panel does not display, check whether the DC 5V, 3, 3V power output is normal, motor drive indicator light is not on. ? Check whether the power supply output is normal. In checking whether the power supply is normal, any one of the output leads of the power supply should be disconnected for testing to determine whether it is the power supply or power supply components.

 

 

 

2. Check if all displays are normal. If an obvious humming sound can be heard, it must be a mechanical failure. Check that the dolly and crossbar are smooth and that there are no obstacles. See if there is anything else blocking it.

 

 

 

3、Check whether the motor shaft is separated and whether the timing wheel is loose.

 

 

 

4、Check whether the wires or plugs on the main board, power supply and plug connected to the drive block (equipment) are in good contact.

 

 

 

5, check whether the drive block (device) to the motor wiring connector is disconnected. The 18-core wire from the main board to the small board is damaged. Are there any unplugged images.

 

 

 

6、Check whether the parameters are set correctly. The parameters on the left are the same, there are differences to correct and write the machine.

 

 

 

Second, the panel does not display, the button can not start:

 

 

 

Failure phenomenon:

 

 

 

The most likely cause is no display on the power-on panel, the keys are in disorder or there is no action.

 

 

 

Cause of failure:

 

 

 

Indicates that the control block power supply abnormalities, poor contact control wiring, panel failure.

 

 

 

Specific inspection methods:

 

 

 

1. restart the machine, check whether the beam and trolley is normal reset.

 

 

 

2, press the power-on reset button, press the machine panel direction keys and function keys to see if normal, whether the keys can automatically reset, whether there is a difference.

 

 

 

3、Check whether the socket and connector on the connected display control are loose and not in contact.

 

 

 

4, replace the display control block, check whether there is a display, whether the light on the control block is on, whether the power supply is normal, beam laser

 

 

 

5, replace the data line.

 

 

 

Main board measure whether P5 has power, voltage is 5V. if not normal, check the 5V power output, if there is no output, replace the 5V power supply.

 

 

 

6, if there is a display, no action of the keys, replace the key film, see if it is normal.

 

 

 

7, if it still does not work, change the motherboard to test it.

 

 

 

Third, continuous light, intermittent light, unstable current or uncontrolled: (leather laser cutting machine will also have this problem)

 

 

 

Fault phenomenon:

 

 

 

Light output is abnormal, on the high-voltage side, the ammeter in series, you can see that the ammeter shows abnormal, or a long time to have current, or sometimes missing, and sometimes not under control.

 

 

 

Cause of failure:

 

 

 

The main reason is the laser model selection error, laser power supply failure, the main board, terminal block damage or control line connection and cooling water circulation system failure.

 

 

 

Main inspection and elimination methods:

 

 

 

1. In the parameter setting, check whether the laser type is correct. Is the main reason for the failure of continuous lighting.

 

 

 

2. Pull the control line of Jurui to see if there is a loose control line. The connection is not reliable.

 

 

 

3, remove the control line on the power supply (DB nine-core line), with a foolproof switch light, analyze whether the power supply failure or motherboard failure.

 

 

 

4, continuous shooting is not normal, indicating that there is a problem with the power supply.

 

 

 

5, in the case of normal power supply, connected to the control line, using a multimeter to measure the switch control pins on the terminal block. Not light, the normal voltage is above 4 volts, below 3 volts, the motherboard output abnormal; , the voltage of this pin should be lower than 2 volts, higher than 2, 5 volts output abnormal. 9, the old model, the motherboard and laser power connected to the data control line unplugged, reboot. If there is still laser output, the laser power supply failure.

 

 

 

6, adjust the potentiometer marked with IP in the power supply to change the preset current is too high, or replace the laser power supply.

 

 

 

7, unplug the laser power control line, no longer illuminated, proving that the motherboard failure (old machine high-voltage ignition, this fault is likely to occur).

 

 

 

Fourth, reset abnormal, start the dolly or beam shaking, start hitting the wall.

 

 

 

Fault phenomenon:

 

 

 

Start the reset in the wrong direction, the dolly beam vibration, reset the trolley or beam hit the wall; motor operation, you can hear the obvious noise. Hum.

 

 

 

Cause of failure:

 

 

 

For such failures, whether the connection line is in good contact.

 

 

 

First, start the machine to check which axis the jitter appears on, the trolley or beam, disconnect the power supply of one axis, test the motor and drive of the other axis (jamming mainly occurs after the replacement of the motherboard and motor drive, rewiring, incorrect parameter settings or wiring errors caused; second, mechanical, sensors, motor drive and drive connection is loose.

 

 

 

Exclusion methods:

 

 

 

1, if the replacement of the main power supply after the reset of the abnormal board or drive, the first thing to check whether the parameters are set correctly. By changing the parameters of the main board, you can solve the problem of abnormal reset.

 

 

 

2、Shut down the machine, push the trolley and beam by hand to see if there is any resistance, if the obstacles are excluded or sorted out, check whether the left tensioning wheel is tight.

 

 

 

3、Check whether the timing belt, light head, blow pipe and drag chain are stuck. Check whether the beam is seriously shifted, the left and right sides should not be larger than 2MM. check whether both sides of the support wheel is damaged.

 

 

 

4、Check whether the dust on the guide rail is too much to obstruct the trolley, clean the dust and add lubricant on the slider.

 

 

 

5. Push the trolley to see if there is friction or shaking. If the gap between the sliders is too large, the sliders need to be replaced.

 

 

 

6、Check whether the push is smooth.

 

 

 

7. Check whether the motor is connected to the drive (block) with or without fault. Interchangeable test to determine whether the problem is in the motor or the driver (block).

 

 

 

8、For models equipped with resistance row, measure the resistance. If the resistance is not correct, the resistor bank needs to be replaced.

 

 

 

9、The direction is correct when resetting, but eventually the carriage or beam cannot stop and hit the machine. Need to check whether the parameters of the main board are correct. The sensor wire is broken or the sensor is damaged, and whether the magnet is in a reasonable position.

 

 

 

When YM model does not reset, pay attention to whether the 18-core data line is poor contact or broken, re-plug or replace the data line.

 

 

 

10, if the problem still exists, it may be a motherboard failure. d
