2) Laser generator: A device that generates a laser light source.
3) External optical path: a refractor used to guide the laser in the desired direction. To prevent optical path failure, all reflectors should be equipped with protective covers and clean positive pressure protective gas should be introduced to protect the reflectors from contamination.
4) CNC system: Control the machine tool to achieve the movement of the X, Y, and Z axes, while also controlling the output power of the laser.
5) Stabilized power supply: connected between the laser, CNC machine tool, and power system. Mainly plays a role in preventing external power grid interference.
6) Cutting head: mainly includes components such as cavity, focusing mirror seat, focusing mirror, capacitive sensor, and auxiliary air nozzle. The cutting head driving device is used to drive the cutting head to move along the Z-axis according to the program, and is composed of servo motors and transmission components such as screws or gears.
7) Operation console: used to control the working process of the entire cutting device.
8) Cooler: used to cool the laser generator. Laser is a device that converts electrical energy into light energy. For example, the conversion rate of CO2 gas lasers is generally 20%, and the remaining energy is converted into thermal energy. Cooling water takes away excess heat to maintain the normal operation of the laser generator. The chiller also cools the external light path reflector and focusing mirror of the machine tool, ensuring stable beam transmission quality and effectively preventing the lens from deforming or bursting due to excessive temperature.
9) Gas cylinder: including the working medium gas cylinder and auxiliary gas cylinder of the laser cutting machine, which are used to supplement the laser oscillating Industrial gas and supply the auxiliary gas of the cutting head.
10) Air compressor and air storage tank: provide and store compressed air.
11) Air cooled dryer and filter: used to provide clean and dry air to the laser generator and optical path to maintain normal operation of the optical path and reflector.
12) Exhaust dust collector: Extract and filter the smoke and dust generated during the processing process to ensure that the exhaust emissions meet environmental standards.
13) Slag removal machine: removes leftover materials and waste materials generated during the processing.
