2. Menu
Then you can see that there are many functions in the menu, taking the Z-axis as an example, which is used to control the platform's lifting and lowering. Right click represents platform descent, left click represents platform ascent. When the material occupies a large space, the lifting platform function in this menu can be cleverly utilized to place the material in an appropriate position for easy work.
3. File
Here, you can import the file into the machine, adjust the laser head according to the above steps, press the position button, and then press the border to determine the working range of the machine. Finally, press the start/pause button and the machine starts processing.
4. Reset
The next step is to check the reset button. When the machine encounters an abnormality, you can directly press the reset button to enter the reset state. At this point, you can choose whether to exit the operation panel.
5. Burst
Burst key, mainly used for testing or auxiliary positioning. Many people have discovered deviations in the optical path or want to test whether the laser head emits light, so this dot matrix function can be used for testing.
6. Speed
Sometimes the laser head moves very fast or very slowly, which should be a matter of speed setting. Use the speed keys on the control panel to set the default speed of the laser head panel. Adjust to the appropriate speed.
7. Finally, minimum and maximum power
During the processing process, the minimum and maximum processing power for machine operation are often set on the machine to ensure that the laser is within this value range and ensure processing efficiency.
