In the use of laser cutting machines, we must know how to diagnose the causes and solutions of head faults. Resolve faults as soon as possible, improve production efficiency, and reduce equipment errors.

Troubleshooting method:

1. Manual/automatic switch not switched or automatic damage

2. Loose connection of tracking head nozzle

3. The nozzle is connected to the control box, and the RF cable has poor contact or open circuit

4. The height knob on the control box is set too large

5. Control box sensitivity fault

6. The transmission mechanism is stuck or loose

7. The drive motor is damaged

8. Height control box damaged

9. The relay is damaged (control board behind the computer console)

1. Switch to automatic state or replace

2. Tighten the nozzle locking nut and discharge the material on the laser cutting machine.

3. Reconnect the RF cable or replace it

4. Rotate the height knob counterclockwise to the appropriate height for cutting with the Bond laser cutting machine.

5. Readjust the sensitivity of the control box

6. Check the connection of the synchronous pulley

7. Replace the motor

8. Replace the control box and the laser pipe cutting machine will automatically load and unload materials.

9. Replace the relay

When cutting,

1. The height knob on the control box is set too small to fully surround the laser cutting machine platform loading video.

2. Loose connection of tracking head nozzle

3. Connect the nozzle to the control box.

1. Rotate the height knob clockwise to the appropriate height for laser cutting of the loading and unloading lifting tool.

2. Tighten the nozzle locking nut

3. Reconnect the RF cable and manually cut the remaining material through laser cutting.

1. Loose connection of tracking head nozzle

2. The focusing light path is incorrect, and the laser illuminates the nozzle

3. The RF cable connecting the nozzle to the control box is open circuit 1. Tighten the nozzle locking nut

2. Readjust the focusing light path

3. Replace the RF cable
