The protective laser cutting machine lens is located at the lower part of the centering module and is prone to contamination by smoke and dust. It is recommended to clean it once a day at the beginning of work. Firstly, completely loosen the screws of the mirror box, pinch both sides of the mirror box drawer with your thumb and index finger, and slowly pull out the mirror box drawer. Be careful not to lose the seals on both sides of the drawer, and then seal the drawer with tape. Prevent dust contamination of the focusing lens. The protective lens is a flat mirror, and pressing on the lens can release the sealing ring and protective lens. When installing the lens, first place the lens and then press the sealing ring. The collimator and focusing mirror are located inside the fiber cutting head. Record the disassembly sequence during disassembly to ensure the accuracy of reinstallation.
1. Precautions for using lenses
Optical surfaces such as focusing lenses, protective lenses, and QBH heads should not be directly touched by hand to avoid scratches or corrosion on the mirror surface. If there are oil stains or dust on the mirror surface, it will seriously affect the use of the lens, and the lens should be cleaned in a timely manner. Do not use water, cleaning agents, etc. to clean the surface of optical lenses. The surface of the lens is coated with a special film, which can damage the surface if used to clean the lens. Do not place the lens in a dark and damp place, as it may cause the surface of the lens to age. When installing or replacing mirrors, focusing lenses, and protective lenses, do not use too much pressure, as it may cause lens deformation and affect beam quality.
2. Method of installing or replacing optical lenses
Before installing or replacing optical lenses, please wear clean clothes, clean your hands with soap or detergent, and wear lightweight and clean white gloves; Do not touch the lens with any part of your hand; When removing lenses, please take them from the side of the lens and do not directly contact the coated surface of the lens. When assembling the lens, do not blow air into the lens with your mouth; Lenses should be placed on a clean table, with a few sheets of professional lens paper placed under the table. When removing the lens, be careful not to bump or fall, and do not apply force to the coated surface of the lens; The frame for installing the lens should be clean, and the dust and debris inside the frame should be cleaned with a clean air gun. Dirty, then gently place the lens into the lens holder. When installing the lens on the lens holder, do not use excessive force when fixing the lens to avoid deformation of the lens, which may affect the beam quality.
3. Steps for cleaning lenses
Different lens cleaning methods vary. When the mirror surface is flat and there is no frame, it can be wiped with mirror paper; When the mirror surface is bent or has a frame, a cotton swab should be used for cleaning. The specific steps are as follows:
The steps to clean the lens with lens paper: Use a clean air gun to blow off the dust on the surface of the lens; Clean the surface of the lens with alcohol or lens paper. The smooth side of the lens paper should be placed flat on the surface of the lens, and 2-3 drops of high-purity alcohol or acetone should be dropped. Slowly pull out the lens and face the paper horizontally towards the operator. Repeat the above action several times until the surface of the lens is clean. It is strictly prohibited to apply pressure to the lens paper. To prevent scratches, if the mirror surface is dirty, you can fold the lens paper in half 2 to 3 times and repeat the above steps until the mirror surface is clean. It is prohibited to drag dry lens paper directly onto the mirror surface. The steps to clean the lens with a cotton swab: First, use a spray gun to blow off any dust on the lens; Then use a clean cotton swab to remove the dirt; Dip a new cotton swab in high-purity alcohol or acetone, perform circular movements from the center of the lens, and scrub the lens every week
