2. If precision cutting is required, it is expected that the cutting seam is small, the Heat-affected zone is small, and the plate deformation is small. Suggest choosing a laser cutting machine;
3. Plasma cutting uses compressed air as the working gas and high-temperature high-speed plasma arc as the heat source to melt the metal being cut. At the same time, the molten metal is blown away by high-speed airflow, forming cutting;
4. The Heat-affected zone of plasma cutting is relatively large, and the cutting seam is relatively wide, which is not suitable for cutting thin plates, because the plates will deform when heated;
5. Laser cutting machines are slightly more expensive than plasma cutting machines;
