1、 Guide rail

Fiber laser cutting machines and metal laser cutting machines have been used for a period of time, and the rails are corroded by carving, cutting smoke, and dust. Therefore, the rails should be regularly maintained.

Clean the clean soft cloth guide rail, and then drip lubricating oil onto the guide rail. After the oil is completed, roll the slider back and forth on the guide rail to ensure that lubricating oil enters the slider. After oiling, roll the slider back and forth on the guide rail. At this point, the guide rail must be installed first. Be careful not to fix the guide rail first when installing it. Install all fixing nails and keep them horizontal. After fixing the belt and slider, install the lens and adjust the X drop.

2、 Wiping of reflector and focusing mirror:

Metal laser cutting machine. After using the laser cutting machine for a period of time, smoke will adhere to the surface of the lens, affecting carving, cutting depth, carving and cutting accuracy. Generally speaking, three reflectors and one focusing device are carefully wiped with anhydrous alcohol around a week.

3、 Bearing oil;

Laser cutting machines use a large number of bearings. In order to ensure good cutting and carving effects, some bearings need to be lubricated regularly. Use a clean soft cloth to wipe the floating soil on the bearings, use a needle to suck the oil into the needle, and then slowly inject the needle into the bearing. When injecting oil, slowly rotate the bearing.

4、 Tension adjustment of Timing belt (belt):

There are several Timing belt in the drive system of the laser cutting machine. If the Timing belt is too loose, the carved font will be ghosted. If the Timing belt is too tight, the Timing belt will be worn. After a period of use, please adjust the tension screw of the Timing belt, and adjust the Timing belt to the appropriate tightness, so that the carved text will not have ghosting. In addition, the operating noise of metal laser cutting machines and laser cutting machines is very low, or consult the manufacturer's technical personnel.

5、 Laser tube maintenance:

The laser tube in the metal laser cutting machine is cooled by circulating water. After long-term use, there may be some white scale in the pipeline. We can add a small amount of vinegar to the circulating water to remove water from the pipeline, and then clean the internal circulation of the laser tube with clean water. In this way, the laser tube will be in optimal working condition and the service life of the metal cutting machine will be extended. For safety protection and efficient production, the key is the daily safety maintenance of equipment. It can not only extend the service life of the fiber laser cutting machine, but also maintain and improve the processing quality of the production port, ultimately achieving stability and efficiency.
