Turn off the power of the laser cutting machine, clean the guide rail with a clean soft cloth, and then drip lubricating oil on the guide rail, allowing the slider to roll back and forth on the guide rail to ensure that the lubricating oil enters the slider. After oiling, roll the slider back and forth on the guide rail. At this point, the guide rail must be installed first. Be careful not to fix the guide rail first when installing it. Install all fixing nails and keep them horizontal. After fixing the belt and slider, install the lens and adjust the drop of X. 2. Wipe the reflector focusing mirror Laser cutting machine | After using the laser cutting machine for a period of time, smoke and dust will adhere to the surface of the lens, affecting the depth and accuracy of carving and cutting. Generally, three reflective mirrors and one focusing mirror are carefully wiped with anhydrous alcohol within about a week (depending on the frequency of use of the laser cutting machine | engraving machine). 3. Oil the bearing Laser cutting machines use a large number of bearings. In order to ensure good cutting and carving effects, some bearings need to be regularly oiled (excluding oil bearing), and the floating soil on the bearings should be wiped with a clean soft cloth. The oil should be sucked into the needle with a needle, and then slowly injected into the bearing with a needle. When injecting oil, the bearing should be slowly rotated 4. Elastic adjustment belt (transmission belt) There are several Timing belt in the drive system of the laser cutting machine. If the Timing belt is too loose, the carved font will be ghosted. If the Timing belt is too tight, the Timing belt will be worn. After a period of use, please adjust the tension screw of the Timing belt, and adjust the Timing belt to the appropriate tightness, so that the carved text will not have ghosting. Maintenance of laser tubes The laser tube in the laser cutting machine is cooled by circulating water. After long-term use, there may be some white scale in the pipeline. We can add a small amount of vinegar to the circulating water to remove the ditches in the pipeline, and then clean the internal circulation of the laser tube with clean water to keep it in optimal working condition and extend its service life.
