Fiber laser is the core equipment of fiber laser cutting machine, and its failure has a significant impact on the overall use of the machine. One of the main reasons for the failure of the fiber laser power supply is the internal condensation of the laser, which is closely related to the daily bad habits of customers when operating and using fiber lasers.
To reduce the failure rate of fiber lasers and reduce losses caused to customers due to the shutdown of fiber laser cutting machines, attention should be paid when using fiber laser cutting machines.
Startup sequence of fiber laser cutting machine
1. Check if there are any items within the operating range of the machine tool that affect safe operation;
2. Turn on the main power switch and each branch control power switch of the fiber laser cutting machine;
3. Turn on the voltage regulator and check if the operation status of the voltage regulator is normal;
4. Turn on the power switch of the fiber laser and then turn on the key switch, allowing the fiber laser to run for more than 30 minutes with its own air conditioning or internal defroster;
5. When the fiber laser is turned on and running for 20 minutes, turn on the air compressor and check if the operation status of the air compressor is normal;
6. Open the air circuit control valve, turn on the cold dryer, and check whether the cold dryer operates normally and whether the air pressure is normal;
7. According to the cutting needs, open the cutting auxiliary gas control valve and check whether the cutting auxiliary gas pressure is normal;
8. Turn on the power switch of the machine tool, press the power on button to start the machine tool control system, and wait for the control system to start normally before the machine tool returns to its original position;
9. After turning on the power switch of the fiber laser and running for more than 30 minutes, turn on the chiller and check if the chiller is operating normally;
10. After the actual temperature of the high and low temperature water in the chiller reaches the set temperature difference of one degree, apply high pressure to the fiber laser and check if the fiber laser is operating normally;
11. Turn on the suction fan or dust collector, check if the operation status of the suction fan or dust collector is normal, and the fiber laser cutting machine enters the waiting state for cutting.
Fiber laser cutting machine sequence
1. Turn off the exhaust fan or dust collector;
2. Turn off the high voltage of the fiber laser, return the machine to the original point, and then turn off the control system as required. After the control system is turned off, press the power off button to turn off the control system power and turn off the main power switch of the bed;
3. Turn off the chiller;
4. Turn off the cold dryer and close the control valves of each gas circuit;
5. Turn off the air compressor;
6. Turn off the key switch of the fiber laser, and then turn off the power switch or leave the key switch and power switch on to keep the fiber laser charged. It can be quickly turned on and used the next day;
7. Turn off the voltage regulator;
8. Turn off the power switches of each branch and the main power switch of the fiber laser cutting machine.
Reminder: Strictly following the order of switching on and off can effectively reduce the risk of internal condensation in the fiber laser, thereby reducing the failure of the fiber laser.
