When wintering in northern regions, when the machine is idle or resting at night, please discharge the circulating water inside the laser completely to prevent the water inside the tube from freezing and cracking the laser tube. (Not considered when the temperature in the room is guaranteed to be relatively high)
2. If the laser is found to be getting weaker and weaker during the carving process (which is significantly different from the depth during normal carving), if the service life of the laser is not reached, it may be due to abnormal circulating water supply. Please immediately turn off the power of the laser carving machine and check whether the circulating water is flowing normally after half an hour. Otherwise, the high-temperature laser tube may burst when encountering cold water, and the responsibility is borne by oneself. Our company is not responsible for such malfunctions.
3. Attention: Laser and reflector lenses are consumables that are easily damaged.
#The main parts of the engraving machine#

The power supply of this laser engraving machine is AC220V/50HZ. If the local voltage is unstable, please install a voltage regulator yourself to ensure the normal operation and good engraving effect of the laser engraving machine.
#Installation instructions#
1. Open the packaging box and remove the engraving machine from the packaging box, and place it horizontally on the desktop or a specially made wooden frame
2. Take out the software, open the packaging bag, lift the cover of the flat workbench, take out the cigarette tube, water pump, fan, and power cord, printing line, and light bulb from the cigarette tube in sequence. Use scissors to cut the laser head fixture. At this time, gently move the small car and large car by hand, which should move smoothly without any jamming phenomenon
3. For the installation of the water pump, prepare a small bucket of water, take out the water pump from the box, insert the water nozzle into the water pump outlet engraving machine. There are two water pipes, one high and one low, take the bottom one, insert the pipe into the water pump nozzle, and put it into the equipped bucket. The cooling water should be pure water without impurities, and ensure that the circulating water circulates normally
4. Install the exhaust device, insert one end of the smoke pipe into the fan outlet, and insert the fan into the exhaust slot on the right side of the machine body
5. Connect the fan, cooling water pump, engraving machine power supply, and connect the ground wire to a reliable ground wire.
6. After starting the water pump and waiting for the cooling water to circulate normally, start the exhaust fan and turn on the laser engraving machine switch. At this time, the laser engraving machine should self check and automatically reset
7. Turn off the power supply of the laser engraving machine, connect one end of the printing cable to the DB socket of the laser engraving machine (i.e. the motherboard printing port), and the other end to the computer parallel port
8. Install the computer software (please refer to the software manual for specific steps)
#Instructions for use#
1. Operation Panel Description
Power switch: used to start or stop the laser engraving machine
Current indication: used to indicate the current level of the engraving machine
Current regulation: use this potentiometer

Adjust the current level during engraving according to the current indication
Lighting switch: used to turn on or off the lighting inside the laser engraving machine (several machines do not have this switch)
Laser switch: used to control whether the laser emits light. When carving a seal, this switch is in the on state (i.e. pressed)
Test switch: when this switch is pressed, the laser will emit light. At this time, adjust the potentiometer according to the data displayed by the ammeter to adjust the current during engraving. This switch is only used for debugging the machine and checking the current level during engraving. It needs to be disconnected during normal operation of the machine, and the computer will automatically control engraving.
2. When using, the cooling water pump should be started first, and then the laser engraving machine should be started, ensuring that the cooling water circulates.
3. Start the engraving system layout software, design the image to be engraved, set the engraving position, and (refer to the software manual for specific steps) fix the engraving material to the fixture, so that the material plane and fixture plane are on the same plane, You can proceed with carving output (it should be noted that when carving rubber material, prepare a small piece of newspaper to soak in water and lay it flat on the material. When carving a large chapter, prepare a brush to insert into the water and gently apply it to the newspaper.)
4. The adjustment of current should be based on different seal black and process requirements.
#Precautions#
1. The laser engraving machine should be placed horizontally on the desktop and not tilted
2. The laser engraving machine should prevent strong vibration. When moving, the cart and trolley should be fixed first to prevent vibration from causing optical path deviation or laser cracks.
3. The exhaust duct should be connected to an outdoor area without any impact, and maintain good ventilation. Regularly wipe the dust inside the fan and machine smoke duct
4. There is high voltage inside the laser engraving machine, and non professional technicians are not allowed to open the machine casing for maintenance to prevent electric shock.
5. If the laser engraving machine is being used for the first time or moved, pay attention to checking whether the high-voltage wire has fallen off to prevent electric shock.
6. The exhaust fan and cooling water pump of the laser engraving machine are powered by AC220V/50HZ
7. The ground wire of the engraving machine must be well grounded (as shown in the figure)
8. When the laser engraving machine is working, it is necessary to strictly prevent workers or other personnel from reaching out or watching with their eyes to prevent laser injury or eye injury. It is best to fasten the cover tightly.
9. Please avoid water ingress into the equipment or excessive humidity in the working environment. The machine should be placed in a dry and ventilated area.
10. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble various connectors with electricity.
11. The lenses inside the engraving machine should be cleaned in a timely manner using anhydrous ethanol or acetone, and should be gently wiped and handled. After wiping, the light path should be adjusted.

12. When using, ensure that the cooling water circulation is good and the water quality is clean. If there is yellow or dirty water, the water should be changed in a timely manner to avoid poor cooling of the laser tube and causing it to explode.
13. Pay attention to preventing the cooling water from freezing. In cold weather in the north, special attention should be paid to replacing it with automotive antifreeze in winter. If the temperature is too high, scale or dirt may block the laser and cause mechanical impact, etc.
14. Pay attention to preventing corrosion and damage to internal components of the chassis due to excessive smoke, dust, moisture, and other reasons. So after each workpiece, it is necessary to clean the machine and keep it clean, and to wipe it frequently.
#Troubleshooting#
1. The laser head does not move after engraving the seal output
● Determine if the laser engraving machine is in a connected state;
● Check if the printing cable has fallen off;
The printing port is locked, and the solution can be to turn off both the laser engraving machine and the computer, and then restart the computer;
Check if the 24VDC indicator light on the engraving motherboard is on. If it is not on, the motherboard power supply does not provide 24VCD power
2. No laser generated during engraving
Check if the laser switch on the operation panel is pressed;
Check whether the current adjustment knob on the operation panel is in the minimum position;
Check if the cooling circulating water is working properly; (For safety reasons, it is recommended that users contact manufacturers or local agent distributors, and professional technical personnel are required to make adjustments. Training can also be conducted during the training period.).
Check if the optical path is normal;
● Whether the laser tube is damaged or its lifespan has expired;
(It is recommended to purchase the original laser for replacement to match the laser power supply, ensuring the carving effect and the service life of the laser)
The laser power board is faulty. Please replace the laser power supply.

3. The image is normal during carving, but the effect is not good
Check if the carving plane coincides with the focal point;
Check if the optical path is normal;
● Whether the laser tube is aging;
Whether the plotter is severely worn.
4. Abnormal noise from small and large vehicles when walking
● Check if the black pole of the plotter is tilted
Check if the optical control cable is loose
