1. No response during startup
▶ Check if the power fuse is burnt out: replace the fuse.
▶ Whether the power input is normal: Check the power input and make it normal.
▶ Is the main power switch damaged? Replace the main power switch.
2. No laser output or weak laser
▶ Whether the light path is offset: Carefully adjust the light path.
▶ Check if the reflector is contaminated or damaged: Clean or replace the reflector.
▶ Does the focal length of the device change? Readjust the focal length.
▶ Whether the focusing lens is contaminated: Clean the focusing lens.
▶ Is the cooling water quality or water temperature normal? Replace the clean cooling water to bring it to normal temperature.
▶ Whether the cooling water circulates: dredge the cooling water circuit.
▶ Whether the laser tube is damaged or aged: Replace the laser tube.
▶ Whether the laser power supply is powered on: Check the laser power supply circuit to ensure it is normal.
▶ Is the temperature of the entire machine too high: 1. Turn off the machine to let the temperature drop; 2. Strengthen ventilation and machine heat dissipation; 3. Adjust the ambient temperature.
▶ Is the laser power supply damaged? Replace the laser power supply.
3. Cutting/carving depth not ideal
▶ Whether the cutting/engraving processing parameters are normal: Set appropriate processing parameters.
▶ Is the laser power setting normal? Set the laser power correctly.
▶ Laser output weakens: see point 2.
4. Computer and device are not online
▶ Is the scanning switch on: Turn on the scanning switch.
▶ Whether the sports system is powered on: Check the power supply of the sports system and ensure it is normal.
▶ Is the DSP motion control card damaged? Replace the DSP motion control card.
▶ Is the signal wire loose? Reconnect the signal wire plug and secure it.
5. Processing size error or action error
▶ Whether the grounding of the entire machine and computer is normal: Ground the equipment and computer well.
▶ Is the signal wire normal? Replace the signal wire.
▶ Computer operating system malfunction or virus infection: Reinstall the operating system or antivirus.
▶ Check if the computer is functioning properly: Replace or handle the computer properly.
▶ Unstable power supply or interference signal: Install a voltage regulator or eliminate interference signals.
▶ Is the application software working properly? Reinstall the software and driver software for the motion control card.
▶ Are the processing parameters set correctly (such as layout): Reset the corresponding parameters
▶ Whether the processing program is written normally: Check the written processing program and modify it until it is normal.
6. The slider movement is not ideal
▶ Check if the trolley slide and slider are contaminated: Clean the slide and slider.
▶ Is the guide rail contaminated: Clean the guide rail and add lubricating oil.
▶ Is the transmission gear loose: Tighten the transmission gear
▶ Check if the transmission belt is loose: Adjust the belt tension.
