1、 Check whether the reflective lens and the collecting lens are dirty. If they are dirty, please immediately wipe them with alcohol;

2、 Check the output of the ammeter and the power of the laser machine. Take 80W as an example. If the power is 100%, the output of the ammeter should be around 20mA. If the current does not reach 10mA, it indicates that the laser power supply is broken. If it can reach above 18mA, it indicates that the laser tube is aging and needs to be replaced.

3、 The maintenance work of the laser tube should be done well at ordinary times, which can greatly extend the service life of the laser tube.
