Three Common Faults and Solutions of Laser Marking Machines

The laser marking machine uses a laser beam to carve exquisite patterns, trademarks, and characters on different material surfaces, and affix permanent marks. The laser marking machine is widely used in the market. As a production and manufacturing equipment, the stability of the machine is extremely important. Many manufacturers operate supporting automation equipment, and equipment problems affect production capacity. Therefore, selecting a highly stable laser marking machine is extremely important, but there is no perfect equipment, so when encountering problems, you should learn to judge and solve them yourself.

When there is a problem with the laser marking machine, if the problem cannot be solved in a timely manner, it will affect the delivery time of the product. Although the maintenance of the laser marking machine is relatively troublesome, its principle is relatively simple. There are many problems that can be solved by themselves without the need for professional technicians to repair. 1. What if the laser marking machine cannot print? If F2 cannot be marked yet, there may be a machine malfunction.

(1) Software laser type setting error;

(2) The optical path is incorrect;

(3) The laser power supply is not powered on or damaged;

(4) The control signal line is disconnected or the plug is loose or the control card is not stuck;

(5) The laser is broken.

Solution: If F2 can be played, you can press F3, then open the port, see the math behind the start marking, adjust it, and 0-15 can be tried one by one. Machines with different brands seem to be different.

2. The marking pattern of the laser marking machine is partially unclear

(1) Solution: Check whether the thickness of the molded plate is uniform, whether the molding pressure is too low, whether the temperature is too low, and whether the machine accuracy has decreased.

(2) Key points of process control: The thickness error of the molded plate should be controlled within 0. O01mm, and the hardness should be maintained at 230 to 280N/mm. Because holograms mold interference fringes by applying a certain amount of pressure to the molding roller, if the hardness of the molded plate is not sufficient, internal stress during the imprinting process can deform or damage the molded plate.

3. The output light of the laser marking machine is weak.

(1) If the focal length is not adjusted properly, readjust the focal length;

(2) The marking software CW method is not selected, and the light will be weak. Select the CW method;

(3) The cavity, total mirror, semi mirror, and beam expander are not adjusted properly, and they should be readjusted;

(4) The laser does not hit the center of the galvanometer, or the galvanometer lens is scratched, the light path is readjusted, or the galvanometer is replaced.
