1. Unable to connect the device: whether the computer has a driver installed, whether the USB cable or network cable is plugged in properly, check whether the USB cable or network cable is damaged, and whether the adapter is rusted;
2. No display on the panel after startup: Check whether the startup switch is damaged, whether the switching power supply is normal, and then check whether the display panel is damaged or whether the cable socket is aging;
3. Graphic deformation and cutting overlap during cutting: check whether the guide rail is loose, whether the motor is broken, whether the voltage is stable, and whether the system settings of the machine have been changed;
4. If the equipment cannot be started or the switch is turned on, it will trip: Check whether the emergency stop switch is pressed, whether the external access power supply is connected, whether abnormal crackling sounds are heard from the outside, and whether the circuit is damaged, causing a circuit breaker to trip.
5. High voltage line is on fire: This problem should be noted. The line may be used for a long time. It is recommended to put a high-voltage insulating sleeve on the outside of the high voltage line. In this case, it is necessary to power off the operation.
6. The size of the cut pattern is too large or too small: Check whether the platform is flat and whether the material has been paved, so during the cutting process, turn on the air suction to tightly absorb the material until it is flat and straight;
7. No light emission during cutting: First, check whether the light emission switch is broken, whether the water chiller is turned on, and whether the return water is normal. Because many of them now have protective devices, no light emission occurs without cooling water;
8. When cutting, the guide rail does not rotate or moves weakly: Check whether there is a problem with the motor, whether there is a problem with the driver, and observe whether the bearing is rusty or jammed with foreign matter.
