In order to achieve better efficiency and cutting quality, there are many small details and precautions that need to be paid attention to when the laser cutting machine is cutting. Mastering these small skills can make the equipment more efficient. Now Redsail Laser will introduce you:
、 Corner melting; When cutting the corners of thin steel plate at reduced speed, the laser will melt the corners due to overheating. A small radius is generated at the corner to maintain the high speed of laser cutting and avoid overheating and melting of steel plate when cutting the corner, so as to achieve good cutting quality, reduce cutting time and improve cutting efficiency.
、 Part spacing; Generally, when cutting thick plates and hot plates, the spacing between parts should be increased. Because thick plates and hot plates have a great heat impact, when cutting corner corners and small shapes, it is easy to burn the edges and affect the cutting quality.
、 Leader setting; In the process of cutting thick plates, in order to make the cutting joint well connected and prevent the burn at the beginning and end of the cutting, a transition line is often introduced at the beginning and end of the cutting, which are called the lead and tail line respectively. The lead and tail line are not useful for the workpiece itself, so they should be placed outside the scope of the workpiece. At the same time, it should be noted that the lead should not be set at sharp corners and other places that are not easy to heat dissipation. The connection between the lead and the slit shall adopt arc transition as far as possible to make the mechanical movement stable and avoid the burn caused by the corner pause.
、 Common edge cutting; Make two or more parts share the same side into a combination, and try to share the same side of large batch of regular graphics. The common side cutting can greatly shorten the cutting time and save raw materials.
、 Part collision; Many laser cutting machines operate continuously for 24 hours. Some use automatic loading and unloading devices. In order to avoid cutting head damage and manufacturing interruption caused by impact on cutting parts, it is necessary to pay attention to the following when sorting: select appropriate cutting path, bypass the cut parts, and reduce collision. Select a good cutting route to reduce cutting time.
