What is the reason why the fiber laser cutting machine does not produce light?

When the optical fiber laser cutter is in use, if it suddenly fails to emit light, if the pointer indication of the power meter is normal, check whether the laser tube has light. If there is light in the tube, but the light does not come out, the laser tube of the optical fiber laser cutter may be damaged. According to the problems of customers at ordinary times, Redsail Laser briefly summarizes the following three situations:

1. Everything is normal at the beginning of use, and there will be no light after the next day. In this case, check the water cycle of the laser cutting machine, and check whether the laser cutting machine works normally; Check whether the ammeter of the laser cutting machine is normal. If it is normal, it may be the problem of the laser tube. Find the manufacturer to replace or repair it. If the ammeter is abnormal, it is the problem of the laser power supply. Find the manufacturer to replace or repair it. The inspection method is to take adhesive tape and stick it on the first reflector to spot the light and see if there is any sign of burning on the adhesive tape. If it does not indicate that the laser tube is not, find the manufacturer of the laser cutting machine to replace it, The second way is to short connect the PG on the laser power supply (connect it with a wire), but at this time, pay attention to check the water cycle. The water protection does not work to prevent the laser tube from still being damaged. If there is no water on the outer layer of the laser tube, then let's check the laser power supply. There is a red button on the laser power supply. Press it to see if there is light. If there is light, it may indicate that the water protection device is faulty. At this time, we ask the customer to check whether the water protection outlet is blocked, then clean the water protection and wash it with water.

2. Check the ammeter of the laser cutting machine, and press the "light out" laser cutting machine to see if the ammeter pointer can hit. If it is below 5 mA, it means that the power supply is broken, and find the manufacturer to replace or repair it.

3. If the ammeter does not move, check whether our laser switch is turned on. If it is turned on, check whether the laser power indicator light is on. If it is on, press the absolute button on the laser power supply to check the current finger. If the pointer moves and is less than 5 mA, the laser power supply is broken, or expand the corresponding large light intensity and corresponding small light in the software to 50%, and then press to check whether the ammeter pointer reaches 10-12 mA, If it is not reached, there may be a problem with the laser power supply or the main board.
