Cause: The thickness of the molded plate is uneven. The molding pressure is too small. The heating temperature is too low or the machine accuracy is not high.

Solution: Check whether the thickness of the molded plate is uniform. Whether the molding pressure is too small. Whether the temperature is too low. Whether the accuracy of the machine is reduced.

Key points of process control: the thickness error of the molded plate should be controlled at 0. Within O01mm. The hardness shall be maintained at 230-280N / mm. Because the hologram is used to mold interference fringes by applying certain pressure to the molding roller. If the hardness of the molded plate is not enough, during the stamping process. Internal stress will deform or damage the molded plate.

(2) The logo of the laser marking machine is dim

Cause: generally related to heating temperature and molding pressure.

Solution: check whether the heating temperature is too low. Whether the molding pressure drops.

Key points of process control: the setting of molding pressure should comprehensively consider the type of molding temperature holographic material or the softening point of the coating layer and the situation of the molding plate. The pressure is too high. The molded plate is easily damaged. Or crush the holographic material; The pressure is too low. The molding image is unclear and incomplete. The initial pressure of pressure rollers on both sides is generally 0. About 08MPa. After the molding starts. Slowly and evenly increase the pressure of the pressure roller to 0 30~0. 50MPa。 The molding speed can be adjusted according to the stamping quality and machine performance.

(3) The logo of the laser marking machine turns white

Solution: check whether the molding speed is too slow. Whether the molding temperature is too high.

(4) Identification film adhesive plate of laser marking machine

Cause: the hot-pressing temperature is higher than the degradation temperature, and the coating viscosity increases. It will cause plate sticking and make the film wound on the holographic imprinting roller.

Solution: reduce the hot-pressing temperature.

(5) The identification pattern of the laser marking machine is clear and fuzzy. The reason is that the temperature distribution of the hot-pressing device is uneven or the molded plate is uneven.

Solution: check whether the temperature distribution of the hot pressing device is uniform. Whether the molded plate is deformed or worn.

(6) The identification film of the laser marking machine has wrinkles in the transverse (longitudinal) direction. The reason is that the tension of unwinding or rewinding is not controlled properly.

Solution: properly adjust the unwinding tension or winding tension. Until wrinkles are eliminated. Problems and solutions in application:

(1) The mark of the laser marking machine is warped

Cause: The base of laser holographic identification is aluminum film. The aluminum film has a certain hardness and is quite strong; The viscosity of adhesive is not enough. This phenomenon is easy to occur when the medicine box or wine box is sealed and labeled.

Solution: properly reduce the thickness of aluminum film, thicken the adhesive layer or increase the viscosity of adhesive. Key points of process control: the thickness of adhesive should be well controlled. Especially when the temperature is high in summer, the adhesive will melt and overflow due to the high temperature. The printed matter is scratched and dirty.

(2) It is difficult to scrape off the scratch layer of the anti-counterfeit mark of the laser marking machine

Cause: The scratch layer and the laser holographic layer are too tightly bonded

Solution: You can spray anti-counterfeiting code on the laser hologram first. Then polish and apply the scraping layer.

Key points of process control: pay attention to the quality of varnish coating. Otherwise, the anti-counterfeiting code will be scraped off when it is scraped. From the interview, we learned that the production technology of laser holographic anti-counterfeiting logo is mature and popular. Simply relying on laser holographic anti-counterfeiting logo has lost its anti-counterfeiting effect. There are two options for laser holographic identification: one is to increase the technical content.
